The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join as a founding team member and help shape the technical future of Enterprise. You’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and building a flexible, AI-powered SaaS platform from the ground up; one that delivers sector-specific solutions starting with EdTech and expanding into other high-impact verticals. This is a rare opportunity to influence both the product roadmap and technical stack at a formative stage.

As a senior engineer, you’ll lead development on core features, contribute to AI integrations, and lay the foundation for long-term scalability and reliability. What You’ll Do

• Own and lead the engineering function, making key decisions on tech stack, system architecture, and development processes.
• Build and scale our CRM, integrating machine learning models and automation capabilities.
• Develop and optimize core features, ensuring the platform is fast, secure, and scalable.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, product designer, and early customers to refine and execute the product vision.
• Set up best practices for engineering, including CI/CD, code reviews, and system monitoring.
